Bleu Duck Oyster Bar

Bleu Duck is committed to providing the freshest and largest oyster menu in Rochester.
Our journey into oysters started when Erik took a trip to Portland Maine. Sitting at the bar at Fore Street (Highly Recommend), he started a conversation with a couple at the bar which happened to be the farmers of Chebeaque Island Oysters. We talked about possibly adding an Oyster Bar to our restaurant and they pointed us towards Maine Oyster Company and John Herrigel. Ever since we have been serving a rotating selection from the finest boutique farms on the Maine Coast.

In the spring of 2021 Bleu Duck and the Maine Oyster Company dropped 5000 oysters into Casco Bay that will be exclusive to our restaurant. We are hoping to increase these numbers every year.


We also source oysters from Nova Scotia, The coasts of New England, Cape Cod, and Boutique Farms of Maine.
 

 

$2.50 Oyster Night
Every Wednesday in the Restaurant. Enjoy $2.50 oyster with purchase of selected bottles of wine and bubbles

Bar: Monday-Saturday 4pm-10pm
Dining Room: Monday-Saturday 5pm-10pm 

Brunch: Saturday  10am-1pm
